"Leading design of the Stages SB20 smart bike machine - seamless connection, multifunctional adjustments"
This time, we introduce the Stages SB20 smart bike machine, and its frame structure design is very unique. What makes it special is that it can connect two iPads and one iPhone. There is an iPad mount in the front where you can use the Zwift app while riding and also place your phone so you don't miss any calls. Alternatively, you can watch Netflix while using your phone to display your cycling data, which is very convenient.
The front mount can not only hold an iPad but also accommodate an iPhone, and you can place the iPad vertically or horizontally without any problem. The adjustability is very flexible. If some people prefer using a computer while cycling and find the front mount obstructive, you can remove the mount while keeping the phone holder, allowing you to place a computer in the front. However, you need to carefully arrange the phone holder in such cases.
At the rear, there is a rubber material to prevent your phone from slipping. Additionally, it has some other features such as two USB slots, so you don't have to worry about running out of battery for your phone and iPad after riding.
Unique features of the smart bike machine design
This smart bike machine is inspired by the handlebars of road bikes, making it identical to the ones you usually ride. Furthermore, it comes with two water bottle holders, which is quite rare for a smart bike machine.
Another notable feature is its extensive adjustability. You can adjust the height and position of the handlebars, as well as the forward and backward position of the seat. These adjustments can be tailored to your preferred settings while cycling. For example, the markings on the seat can be adjusted based on the center-to-center distance of your bottom bracket while riding. With such a wide range of adjustments, this bike is suitable for anyone with a height ranging from 147cm to 208cm. Another adjustable part is the crank length, with four different hole positions representing different lengths. This smart bike machine design is very considerate, allowing for easy swapping of pedal heads and tails to accommodate individuals of different heights if multiple people in your household use it for cycling.
Now, let's talk about the essence of this smart bike machine. Its flywheel is the heaviest, weighing 50 pounds (approximately 20 kilograms). You know, the heavier the flywheel, the stronger the sense of realism when pedaling.
"Stages SB20 Smart Bike: Precise Power Meter and Personalized Settings"
Stages smart bikes are known for their precise power meters. In addition to the power meter built into the flywheel, like other smart bikes, it has a separate power meter that calculates the power from each leg. These three power meters make it even more accurate, with a margin of error of only 1.5%. Moreover, it can connect to their own app and measure the average power exerted by each leg. When it comes to smart bikes, it's only natural to connect to an app and participate in virtual rides and challenges with others online. It can also connect to smart bike apps like Zwift, which we mentioned before, allowing you to ride with people from all over the world and choose different routes. Additionally, this bike adjusts resistance based on the terrain of the route, increasing it for uphill sections and decreasing it for downhill sections, enhancing the interactivity.
Furthermore, Stages provides its own app, which allows you to customize the bike's settings. There are five buttons on the handlebars that can be adjusted according to personal preferences, and the app can display various gear ratios, such as Shimano and Campagnolo, and even allows you to freely adjust the gear options, such as 11-speed, 12-speed, single chainring, or double chainring. One feature that I particularly appreciate is that if you have a mountain bike and a road bike, which have different gear ratios, you can set up different profiles through the app. This bike can connect to both the Zwift app on the iPad and their own app via Bluetooth and ANT+, simultaneously displaying power on both devices. Additionally, since we often lose track of which gear we're in while riding, this bike can display the current gear on your phone, requiring only one connection to both devices at once.
Stages SB20 Smart Bike Machine: Versatile, Comfortable, Affordable
The Stages SB20 has accumulated rich experience in fitness cycling over the years. This machine is equipped with various exercise programs, allowing you to choose a training plan that suits your difficulty level. Additionally, you can monitor real-time data such as power, speed, cadence, and average pedal stroke. Furthermore, you can connect it to third-party sports applications like Strava to conveniently record your workout data.
This bike machine not only stands out in terms of design but also prioritizes user comfort. Its inclined frame design makes it easier to get on the bike and prevents thigh and frame collisions during cycling.
Moreover, it specifically considers the impact of sweat during exercise on the bike frame's metal. The middle and front parts of the frame have gel protection. The rear pedal position is also more convenient, making it easier for you to get on the bike. Additionally, this bike machine is made of sturdy steel, with a well-designed center of gravity. The front flywheel balances the weight distribution during cycling, making the entire bike machine more stable.
Compared to other smart bike machines, the SB20 operates with very low noise. Even when you pedal forcefully, it won't disturb your family or neighbors.
One of the biggest selling points of this bike machine is its compact size, measuring only 1.2 meters, which takes up less space compared to a regular bike's 1.7-1.7 meters.
Finally, the Stages SB20 not only offers rich functionality but also comes at an affordable price. It is one of the most cost-effective choices among many bike machines.
