Getting a new bike but want to keep the comfortable setup of your old one? We provide a professional position transfer service to help you transition seamlessly to your new ride.
 

Service Scope:
 

• Precision Measurement: We use professional XY coordinate tools to extract key geometry data from your current bike (including saddle height, setback, handlebar drop, Reach, etc.).
• Position Transfer: We apply the measured data to your new bike to ensure consistency in riding geometry.
• Basic Adjustment: Includes standard adjustments for saddle position (fore-aft/angle) and the handlebar assembly (angle/height).

Limitations & Surcharges:
The service fee covers "measurement" and "adjustment" labor only. If mechanical work or modifications are required to achieve the target position, additional fees will apply according to our workshop service menu. Examples include:
 

• Steerer tube cutting or seat post cutting.
• Replacing stems, handlebars, or other parts (including re-cabling).
• Hydraulic brake bleeding.
• Drivetrain installation or adjustment, etc.

Important Disclaimer:
 

• Geometry Limitations: Due to differences in frame geometry (e.g., Stack, Reach, Seat tube angle, Head tube angle), brand variations, and component specifications, a 100% exact replication may not always be possible. If the new bike's adjustable range is insufficient, our mechanic will consult with you and use their expertise to adjust the setting to the closest and safest possible coordinates.
• Not a Bike Fit: This service is strictly for "data transfer" and does not include dynamic motion analysis or physical assessment. If you require a new, optimized riding position for your new bike, please book our Full Bike Fit service.
