The FEELNEO XDR Cassette Body for Java Neo wheelset is the optional SRAM XDR freehub body for the FEELNEO tri-spoke carbon wheelset for Java Neo; fitted to the wheel, it lets you run SRAM XDR cassettes such as the SRAM RED, Force and Rival eTap AXS 12-speed road cassettes. The wheelset's stock freehub already supports Shimano/SRAM 9–12-speed cassettes, so you only need this body if you are switching to a SRAM XDR cassette.

What Is an XDR Freehub Body?
The freehub body is the part of the rear hub that carries the cassette and lets the wheel spin freely when you stop pedalling. Different cassette standards need matching freehub bodies: SRAM's XD and XDR bodies are mounting standards for cassettes with cogs smaller than 11 teeth.
XDR (the R stands for Road) is 1.85 mm longer than XD and designed for road hubs. SRAM states that its RED, Force and Rival eTap AXS 12-speed road cassettes are made to work with the XDR driver, and any XD cassette can be fitted to an XDR body with a 1.85 mm spacer behind it.
Do Java Neo Owners Need It?
Not if you keep a stock Shimano cassette. All current 20-inch 9-speed Java Neo models use a Shimano CUES 9-speed 11–40T cassette, such as the Java NEO 20" 9-Speed Folding Bike and Java NEO 20" 9-Speed Carbon Fork Folding Bike, and the FEELNEO wheelset's stock freehub already supports Shimano 9–12-speed, so you can keep it when you change wheels. You only need this XDR body if you plan to run a SRAM XDR cassette (such as a SRAM eTap AXS 12-speed road cassette), which also needs a matching drivetrain. For other Neo models (such as the 16-inch 9-speed with 11–32T or the electronic-shift models with a 12-speed 11–40T), please contact us before ordering to confirm whether the stock cassette fits the standard freehub.
Compatible Wheelsets
This freehub body is the optional part for the FEELNEO Tri-Spoke Carbon Ceramic Bearing Wheelset for Java Neo (the Suncord (FEELNEO) official site lists an optional SRAM XDR freehub). For the other Java Neo tri-spoke carbon wheelsets, the Blast Wave Tri-Spoke Carbon Wheelset for Java Neo and ODIN Tri-Spoke Carbon Wheelset for Java Neo, there is no information confirming they take this body, so please do not assume it fits.
Jollymap Recommends
A freehub body has to match the hub exactly. Before ordering, tell us your wheelset brand, size (16-inch 349 or 20-inch 406) and the cassette you plan to use. Chat with us or message our Jollymap Facebook page with a photo of your rear hub, and we will confirm first.

FAQ
What does XDR mean?
XDR is SRAM's freehub standard for road bikes (the R stands for Road). It is 1.85 mm longer than XD and carries SRAM road cassettes with cogs smaller than 11 teeth.
Do SRAM 12-speed road cassettes need an XDR freehub?
RED, Force and Rival eTap AXS 12-speed road cassettes do. SRAM states that these 12-speed road cassettes are made to work with the XDR driver; if your wheel does not have one, it needs to be changed. SRAM's 11-tooth-start XPLR PG-1231 12-speed cassette, by contrast, fits a traditional 11-speed driver body.
XDR vs Shimano HG freehub: can I fit a Shimano cassette?
XDR is a SRAM standard for SRAM XDR cassettes. For a Shimano cassette, keep the FEELNEO wheelset's stock freehub, which the FEELNEO official site lists as supporting Shimano/SRAM 9–12-speed.
Can an XD cassette go on an XDR freehub?
Yes. SRAM states that all XD cassettes fit an XDR driver body when installed with a 1.85 mm spacer behind the cassette.
Does the Java Neo's stock Shimano CUES 9-speed 11–40T cassette need an XDR body?
No. The FEELNEO wheelset's stock freehub already supports Shimano 9–12-speed, so you can keep using the stock Shimano CUES 9-speed cassette without changing the freehub.
Will this body fit a Blast Wave or ODIN wheelset?
Not confirmed. This body is the optional part for the FEELNEO wheelset, and there is no information on whether it fits Blast Wave or ODIN wheelsets. Please contact us with your wheelset model before ordering.
