What is the difference between the 16-inch and 20-inch versions?

Each has an opening sized for its wheel size, and the weights differ slightly: about 27 g for the 16-inch and about 30 g for the 20-inch. Use the 16-inch version on a 16-inch (349) Neo and the 20-inch version on a 20-inch (406) Neo.

What is the E-hook made of? Will it scratch my frame?
