Shimano CUES ST-U3030-L is a mechanical dual-control lever on NEW SUPER SLR, with screw reach adjust and a 23.8–24.2 mm clamp. It is not hydraulic. It is also not a brake-only lever for a 1x bike, unless that bike really has a 2-speed front derailleur.

Can a 1x bike use this left lever?
Do not assume so. Shimano and the distributor describe it as a 2-speed front lever for a double. Contact us if the bike is 1x.
Will it run a hydraulic disc brake?
No. It is a NEW SUPER SLR cable lever. The hydraulic left side is the ST-U6030 front set.
What clamp size is it?
23.8–24.2 mm. That is the usual drop-bar size, not a 22.2 mm flat bar.
Is the right lever included?
No. The right 10-speed lever is ST-U3030-10R.
