Hydroformed unibody frame with Italian powder coating

The main differences are the handlebar and groupset: the P45 has a dropbar and SRAM Apex1 11-speed, while the R20 has a flat bar and Shimano 105 11-speed. Is there a flat-bar version of the Birdy P45?

What are the Birdy P45's folded dimensions? Can it be taken on Hong Kong public transport?

Not necessarily. Folded, the P45 measures 75 x 32 x 65cm (official spec), a combined 172cm — slightly over the MTR's 170cm total-dimension baggage limit. Franchised buses generally restrict bicycles, and minibuses are not guaranteed either. If you plan to do this regularly, check with the operator before travelling.

What rider height is the Birdy P45 suitable for?

Pacific Cycles officially lists a rider height range of 145-185cm and a maximum load of 110kg (incl. luggage), the same as other Birdy models. If your height is close to either limit, we recommend contacting us before ordering to confirm fit.

Is the Birdy P45 suitable for beginners?

Is the rotor size the same as other Birdy models?
