Each BB ALPHA unit is hand-assembled by specialist technicians at the CeramicSpeed factory in Holstebro, Denmark. At its core are grade-3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls — a high-performance material widely used in aerospace and precision engineering, offering exceptional hardness, superior surface finish, and outstanding corrosion resistance. These ceramic balls are paired with specially hardened stainless-steel races to deliver consistent, ultra-low rolling friction.
