The Mini Micro Deluxe Foldable LED is Micro's folding three-wheel toddler scooter from Switzerland: the handlebar folds with one hand and the wheels light up, ideal for families who take the scooter everywhere. It weighs 2.1 kg, takes up to 50 kg and has a 53–67 cm adjustable handlebar. What Problem Does It Solve?
After a scoot in the park the scooter still has to go in the car or up the stairs, and on a standard Mini Micro the handlebar can only be removed, which is one more step. The Foldable LED's handlebar folds with one hand; Micro says this compact scooter can be stored and carried effortlessly, ideal for trips to preschool, the playground or on holiday.
One-hand folding handlebar
Micro says the new folding mechanism on the Mini Micro Deluxe Foldable lets you fold the bar easily with just one hand. The handlebar also adjusts from 53 to 67 cm as your child grows.
LED wheels
Micro says the eye-catching LED wheels mean kids and the scooter can be seen from afar, even in the dark.
Orion: glow-in-the-dark star deck
On the Orion version the deck and brake are adorned with star particles that charge in sunlight or artificial UV light and glow in the dark, all without batteries, and the handlebar has a sparkling effect. Micro says the Orion was developed in collaboration with medical experts.
Patented lean-to-steer and non-slip deck
Children turn by leaning left or right; Micro says this patented mechanism promotes balance, coordination and motor skills. The fibreglass deck has an added grip pattern for secure footing, and the handgrips are made from non-toxic components.

What age is the Mini Micro Deluxe Foldable LED for?
Micro states 2–5 years for the Orion version; the Neon version is listed under the 1–3 and 3–5 age groups. The handlebar adjusts from 53 to 67 cm.
What is the difference between Neon and Orion?
Both have the folding handlebar, LED wheels, a 2.1 kg weight and a 50 kg max. load. The Orion adds glow-in-the-dark star particles on the deck and brake that charge in sunlight or UV light; the Neon has bright neon colour combinations.
How do you fold the Mini Micro Deluxe Foldable?

Do the LED wheels and glow effect need batteries?
Not on the Orion: its official specification says "No batteries needed", and the glow particles charge in sunlight or UV light. The Neon product page does not state how the LED wheels are powered (the feature graphic on this page says no batteries are needed); please contact us before ordering if you want this confirmed.
How is the Foldable different from the standard Mini Micro Deluxe?
The Foldable's handlebar folds with one hand, adjusts from 53 to 67 cm and the scooter weighs 2.1 kg. On a standard Mini Micro Deluxe such as the Flux LED, the handlebar is removable only, adjusts from 49 to 67 cm, and the scooter weighs about 1.95–1.99 kg.
What is the maximum rider weight?
50 kg according to Micro's official specification, for both Neon and Orion.
Can it be ridden in the rain?
It is not recommended. Micro's official FAQ says scooters should not be used on wet roads or left in the rain, and recommends checking the screws regularly. In humid Hong Kong, wipe it dry after use and store it indoors.
