A right-hand 10-speed cable lever, not a hydraulic brake lever. Shimano CUES ST-U3030-10R combines rear shifting and a cable brake on one right lever. The brake system is NEW SUPER SLR, reach is adjusted with a screw, and the clamp is 23.8–24.2 mm. It does not operate a BR-U6030 hydraulic caliper.

Do not mix cable and hydraulic
CUES has two drop-bar lever families. ST-U3030 is mechanical, for a NEW SUPER SLR cable brake. ST-U6030 is hydraulic and uses mineral oil. Shimano does not list ST-U3030 among the recommended levers for BR-U6030. If the bike already has hydraulic discs, use the ST-U6030 rear set.
Shimano says this lever brings the ergonomics of its higher-grade mechanical dual-control levers to more riders. The multi-bearing count in the table is 0. This page does not claim SERVOWAVE, because the ST-U3030 table has no SERVOWAVE row.

The distributor lists one right-hand 10-speed shift and brake lever, ST-U3030-10R. OPTISLICK and OT-SP41 are the specified cables, not confirmation that a new inner cable and housing are in the box. Pads are not in the product name.

Is this lever hydraulic?
No. It is a mechanical cable lever on NEW SUPER SLR. The hydraulic rear set is ST-U6030 / BR-U6030.
Will it shift 11-speed?
No. ST-U3030-10R is listed as 10 rear speeds.
Will it fit a flat bar?
The official clamp is 23.8–24.2 mm, the usual drop-bar size. A 22.2 mm flat bar should not be assumed to clamp. Measure the bar first.
Is the left lever included?
No. This page is the right lever only. The left 2-speed lever for a double is ST-U3030-L.
