The Java Neo Easy Wheel Extension Bar is a JAVA original rear-fork accessory that moves the easy wheels further out, so a folded Java Neo stands more steadily and rolls more smoothly. It also raises the frame, which stops the rear shock-absorbing block dragging on the ground once a rear rack is fitted. Four versions are available by wheel size (16" 349 / 20" 406) and frame material (aluminium / carbon).

- Best for: Java Neo owners who have fitted a rear rack and find the rear block touching the ground when folded, or who want steadier rolling when folded
What problem does it solve?
After a rear rack is installed on a Java Neo, the rear shock-absorbing block can drag on the ground when the bike is folded. The extension bar raises the frame to stop this, and moves the easy wheels outwards so the folded bike stands steadily. With the wheels underneath, it pushes like a suitcase, making MTR stations and lifts effortless.

JAVA original design with matched mounting holes
Designed specifically for the JAVA NEO folding bike, the hole positions match precisely and the bar bolts on at the rear-fork easy wheel position. An installation tool is included, so fitting is straightforward.

Steadier standing, easier rolling
With the easy wheels moved outwards, the folded Java Neo is more stable both standing and rolling, and the wheels underneath let you push it along like a suitcase.

Raises the frame after fitting a rack
Once a rear rack is fitted, the rear shock-absorbing block sits close to the ground when folded. The extension bar raises the frame to stop the block dragging when you fold and roll the bike.

High-strength aluminium, CNC machined
The bar is made from high-strength aluminium alloy with CNC precision machining for a sturdy, durable part.

Which version do I need?
The bar comes in 349 (16-inch) and 406 (20-inch) sizes, each made for either aluminium frames or carbon frames. Choose by your bike's wheel size and frame material. Java Neo models currently on our shop:

FAQ
What does an easy wheel extension bar do?
It moves the easy wheels further out and raises the frame. A folded Java Neo stands and rolls more steadily, and with a rear rack fitted the rear shock-absorbing block no longer drags on the ground.
Does it fit a carbon-frame Java Neo?
Yes, choose the carbon-frame version. The bar is made in aluminium-frame and carbon-frame versions: full-carbon J Air models take the carbon-frame version, while "Carbon Fork" models still have an aluminium frame and take the aluminium-frame version.
Which size for a 16-inch or 20-inch Java Neo?
Choose by wheel size: 349 for a 16-inch Java Neo, 406 for a 20-inch (406 wheel) Java Neo. Please match your bike's wheel size to avoid fitting errors.
Are easy wheels included?
The product information does not list easy wheels; the package in the product photos shows the bar, mounting bolts and a hex key only. If you need wheels to go with it, please contact us before ordering.
What tools do I need to install it?
An installation tool is included. The bar is designed for the Java Neo with precisely matched holes and bolts onto the rear fork. If you have questions about fitting, contact us first.
Does it fit a 14-inch or 451-wheel Java Neo?
The bar is only made in 349 (16-inch) and 406 (20-inch) sizes, with no 14-inch or 451 option. Owners of a 14-inch Java Neo or the Java NEO Carbon 20 inch 451 105 Di2 Folding Road Bike should contact us before ordering.
